Feel ready to tackle the toddler and preschool years with your little ones.

This course allows parents and caregivers of multiples to explore Toolbox content in a group setting where multiples families are the majority instead of the exception. The course itself is not specifically designed for parents of multiples or facilitated by a parent of multiples.

Session 1: Understanding love and connection
Learn ways to build more trust and enhance your relationship with your little ones.

Session 2: Understanding yourself as a parent
Consider your own parenting style and unpack the tools needed to shift parenting styles and take care of ourselves along the way.

Session 3: Understanding emotions
Understand ways to approach emotions and how they play out at different ages and stages. Learn how to deeply connect to manage those big feelings.

Session 4: Understanding behaviour
Understand how to respond to behaviour by encouraging the behaviour we want and responding to the behaviour we don’t want.

Session 5: Understanding the world of a preschooler
Learn about common parenting challenges and how to use tools that will help you navigate them.

Session 6: Understanding a culture of connection
Explore the power of play, routines and rituals for your family. Reflect on the topics covered and the dreams you have for your little ones.
